Inspired by Isabella's tremendous performance in The Games on Channel 4, The Power Workout promises a challenging results driven workout.
Isabella has worked closely with her personal trainer Jerry for the past 3 years. Together they have devised a dynamic high calorie burning workout which will deliver the following results:
Tighter toned legs & arms
Warmup (10 minutes)
Cardio and stretching to warm up the body and ensure maximum benefits from the workout
The Circuit (40 minutes)
Full body workout which concentrates on burning calories and toning the body:
Legs & upper body
Squats, interval training, shadow boxing, lunges & power jacks
Core and upper body exercise
Plank, press-ups & superman exercises
Leg side raises & pelvic raises
Crunches, side plank & seated cycling
Stretch (10 minutes)
