Spectacular!
Left me and the kids wanting more, it's Spectacular! Well written, extremely fluid animation. & simply the best Spider-Man you'll see on television. On the negative- The art style is out-of-place for Spidey, proportions are odd and some characters look downright awful, even for the simplistic vector vision the creative staff was going for. At times you also see the joints lined separately, giving these characters a 'doll' visual look. Though these complaints are entirely subjective. Considering how well it flows in motion however, you end up not noticing this drawback very often. Moving on- Each episode is told extremely well, with a likeable cast of characters & driven plot. It's also quite educational in sections for the younger generation, in a way that entertains them. The only scenes that didn't cater so well (story-wise) was a sideline plot device with Harry Osborn, mid session. It broke flow and could have been handled better. Overall the show is a real treat and would greatly appreciate Zavvi releasing Session 2 in the near future.
