Super 8
Super 8 is a great family film. I'm not usually a fan of child actors but the young girl in this is amazing! This is now my daughter's favorite film above Harry Potter and Twilight!

8 what?
What does the 8 signify? We couldn't figure this out. Anyway, enjoyable movie. Decent story, some great acting from the kids and good special effects to boot. There were one or two weak performances particularly from the Army 'head' but all of the kids especially the lead actors were excellent. Your kids (12+) will definitely enjoy it as will most adults! Thumbs up! *Googles 'what does the 8 in Super 8 refer to?'*
