Brittas attends an interview in Brussels for a new job as European Commissioner for Sport. Upon his return, Brittas sets about his business with renewed vigour, and tests his abilities with a set of intriguing problems - acid spillage, poison gas, pregnancies and a marooned school bus. After all, a manager should be prepared for anything - everything that is, apart from Colin (Michael Burns) trying to warn him about an unexploded World War II bomb!
Finally, as Brittas prepares for his departure to Brussels as European Commissioner for Sport, he decides that an emergency water tank ought to be installed as an extra precaution against fire - a decision he later regrets.
