Spurs came into the 2013/2014 with a much-changed squad but confident of a strong campaign at White Hart Lane.
With the summer arrivals of Roberto Soldado, Nacer Chadli, Paulinho and Etienne Capoue joining the likes of Erik Lamela, Vlad Chiriches and Christian Eriksen to add depth to the squad, the campaign began with winning form - claiming victory in eight of the first 10 matches.
An 8-0 aggregate win over Dinamo Tbilisi got the UEFA Europa League campaign off to a flying start, with Spurs' European run continuing right through until the Round of 16, one of the highlights coming under the floodlights against FC Dnipro, in what was an electrifying atmosphere at the Lane that will live long in the memory.
The domestic season also created its fair share of memories, in an otherwise difficult season - notably Gylfi Sigurdsson's brilliant goal against Hull City in the Capital One League Cup, Sandro's wonder strike against Manchester United at White Hart Lane, and a spectacular 2-1 victory in the return fixture.
Ultimately finishing sixth in the Barclays Premier League, Spurs will look to come back stronger, building on the strengths of the squad, as the Club enters a new era under new management.
