service and delivery time
Can't fault the product I bought. The service from zavvi was very poor. I had to chase my order every step of the way. I ordered my item which was meant to be next day delivery. After a couple of days of hearing nothing I contacted zavvi to chase my order. I was told they were just waiting on stock. I left it another few days and then contacted them again to see when my order would be dispatched as it was a birthday gift. At this point I was told they weren't getting in any more stock and they were going to refund me, I complained as this was not acceptable and then zavvi cane back to advise they would get me the product I ordered and it would be dispatched in a few days. After waiting almost two weeks I eventually got my order.
