Both of these games depict the captivating stories and events that take place within the highly popular Naruto anime and manga series, with brilliant cinematic sequences delivered with top quality graphics and animation.
The game never strays far from the original storyline, with many of the well-known characters from the anime and manga having main parts in the game. Naruto's home village Hidden Leaf and the surrounding world are both visually and graphically stunning, and large enough for even the most adventurous of explorers. Throughout the map you will find various materials that you may have a need for, which if you give to merchants and tradesmen around the village, they can use these items to make you new wares. These wares contain beneficial and special effects, such as slowing down your opponent or raising your attack power, and are very useful in battle, particularly when up against a powerful boss. Quick-time events play a major part in this game and must be completed should you want to defeat your quarry. These are high-adrenaline, nail biting experiences due to the amount of action that comes with them; whole cities on the verge of being completely decimated, ginormous monsters and creatures that tower over you, amongst many other terrors.
Throughout the Ultimate Adventure mode you will be charged with the type of fight sequences that are featured so often in the original anime, with button bashing techniques to properly deliver devastating attacks. These are helped with various actions such as jumping and using shuriken on your opponent, which helps to build up your chakra energy that can be combined with your attacks to make them so much more powerful than before. When in a tight spot with an enemy, as well as unleashing your own powerful combos, you can also call on other characters to help assist you in your battle; guarding against your opponents attacks and supporting you. Where do we start from? This second game of Naruto represents the union between amazing and unique gameplay and the sublime story of Naruto's anime. The graphic engine that the game has shows us the cell shaded characters fighting with faithful animations of Combos and Jutsu, without a framerate's drop. The game starts when Naruto came back to the Leaf Village, after he trained together with Jiraiya. The game keeps up with the events shown in the anime, up to the arrival of Pain/Nagato. The story stops after the final battle with Pain; if you want to know more, buy it and let the game absorb you into it. I really recommend this game!

A MUST buy for Naruto's fan
For those who loved the previous episode will certainly find it superb. Story, characters, combat and reflects very well the anime movies and more than 30 hours of game that's fun in exploring the world of Naruto Shippuden, defeat the Akatsuki and complete all missions. Amazing game, great price, a must have.

An excellent game, the story unfolds as they do in the series, the graphics and characters are well made and the sound and music do not get broing. Will have many hours of gameplay and story mode campaign, really, if you're a fan of Anime you can not miss in your collection.

The best Naruto game so far, a lot of scenes are like the anime but interactive which is quite cool. About 30-40 hours of content for the collectors and trophy hunter is well worth a 5. Can't wait for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations.
