Easy to use
the total core is very easy to set up and very simple to use, only used it a few times so far but can already feel it beginning to work its magic. great product.

Well worth it
Total core is good, it does provide good support for your back and makes it more comfortable to work those abs (and also makes you more likely to sit down and do that exercise! Obviously not a miracle cure, but if you're keen then you can definitely get full value and then some out of it.

Motivating and Supporting
This is a handy product. Having it motivates me to work harder and it does provide plenty of extra support for working those abs. Like any and all exercise products, its not a miracle cure, so it has to go hand in hand with a healthy diet and preferably some other forms of Cardio as well. If used properly can definitely improve your tone.
