Promoter

· The promoter of the promotion is Zavvi.

· www.Zavvi.com is a Website owned and operated by THG OnDemand Limited (trading as Zavvi)

· Zavvi is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 05016010. Our registered office address and main trading address is at 5th Floor, Voyager House, Chicago Avenue, Manchester Airport, M90 3DQ.

Participation

· Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of any of the The Hut Group of brands, or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.

· To participate in the competition, at least the data specified as mandatory must be indicated. The responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and any changes to this data, in particular the e-mail address, lies with the participant.

· The deadline for entry to the competition is until 1^st August 2022.

· Entry is only open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

· All participants must be aged 18 or over.

· By participating, the participant agrees to these rules.

Prize Details

Disney will provide the Promoter for the promotion The Hut Group/Zavvi x Disneyland Paris Avengers Campus (the “Promotion”) with one (1) package holiday consisting of two (2) night, three (3) day to Disneyland Paris for one (1) winner of the competition (Recipient) and three (3) accompanying guests, in total four (4) persons.

· Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International OR an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle.

• Return transfers between the Charles de Gaulle/Orly airport or Gare du Nord and Disneyland Paris.

· Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room by the Recipient and three accompanying guests, including continental breakfast at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.

· Three (3) Day Park Hopper ticket per winner and accompanying guest valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park..

• Half board plus meal vouchers to cover lunch and dinner for four (4) people for the duration of the three (3) day trip.

• Exclusive access to the Avengers Campus Event (event will take place on the selected travel weekend): (11-13 November 2022)

• Privileged access to 30^th Anniversary shows, special encounters with Marvel Super Heroes, entertainment, direct access pass for the rides and more.

· Subject to the Promoter in its sole discretion deciding to run the Promotion, Disney shall provide the Prize to the Promoter and shall:

· make all necessary arrangements for the winner (as confirmed by the Promoter or the Promoter’s authorized third party) to receive the Prize directly after the Promoter confirms the name and address details of the winner to the Promoter providing that the winner chosen satisfies Disney’s eligibility criteria; and

· provide Disney with all reasonable assistance in the event that any issue arises in relation to the Prize.

· Zavvi will draw one Recipient among all eligible participants.

· The Recipient will be randomly determined among all eligible participants within one day of the entry deadline. The Recipient will be notified by email and all details of the Recipient will be collected in this way. This information is for the sole purpose of awarding the prize.

· The Recipient needs to confirm that they are eligible and able to accept the prize within 48 hours from when the Notification Email is sent. If the Recipient does not contact us within this timeframe, we reserve the right to choose another Recipient at random from all other eligible entries.

· By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and be bound by them. All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and Conditions:

· Items not included which are the responsibility of the Recipient and accompanying guests include: UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, souvenirs, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.

· The Prize is for the Recipient and up to three (3) guests of the Recipient’s choosing.

· Travel insurance is not included. It is the Recipient’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out before travelling adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the Prize. Disney shall not be liable for any costs or losses through the Recipient’s failure to take out adequate insurance cover.

· The holiday must take on 11-13 November 2022. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 60 days before the travel dates.

· The Recipient and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.

· The Recipient and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid -19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.

· It is the Recipient and their guests responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus.

· Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Supplier.

· The Prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.

· The Supplier reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of Disneyland Paris or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

· There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

· If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

· Enhanced health and safety measures will be/are in place at Disneyland Paris to promote cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance.Some hotels may be closed during some or all arrival period. · Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the Promotion.
