Participation

· To be eligible to win, eligible entrants must pay using ZIPP on any Zavvi purchase between the 20^th June 2022 to 31^st July 2022 to be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one (1) each of the specified LEGO sets:

1. One (1) LEGO Star Wars: Imperial Light Cruiser Baby Yoda Set (75315)

2. One (1) LEGO Star Wars: Republic Gunship UCS Set for Adults (75309)

3. One (1) LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon Collector Series Set (75192)

· Entry is only open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

· Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of any of the The Hut Group of brands, or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.

· Orders which are subsequently cancelled or returned within the time frame of this promotion will not be eligible for entry.

· To participate in the competition, at least the data specified at point of sale as mandatory must be indicated. The responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and any changes to this data, in particular the e-mail address, lies with the participant.

· All participants must be aged 18 or over.

· By participating, the participant agrees to these rules.

Prize Details

· ZIPP will provide Zavvi (the “Promoter”) with one (1) prize consisting ofOne (1) LEGO Star Wars: Imperial Light Cruiser Baby Yoda Set (75315), one (1) LEGO Star Wars: Republic Gunship UCS Set for Adults (75309) and One (1) LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon Collector Series Set (75192) for one (1) winner of the prize draw (Recipient).

· Zavvi will draw one Recipient, at random, from all eligible participants.

· The Recipient will be randomly determined among all eligible participants within one day of the entry deadline. The Recipient will be notified by email and all details of the Recipient will be collected in this way. This information is for the sole purpose of awarding the prize.

· The Recipient needs to confirm that they are eligible and able to accept the prize within 48 hours from when the Notification Email is sent. If the Recipient does not contact us within this timeframe, we reserve the right to choose another Recipient at random from all other eligible entries.

· By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and be bound by them. All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

· There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative prize.

· The Promoter reserves the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition which we consider have used improper technical means to enter and/or we believe is fraudulent.

· The Promoter will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.
