For a longboard that looks sharper than a Samurai blade but rides smoother than velvet, look no further than the Osprey Cube Twin Tip Board Drop Down Longboard. This little beauty's drop down design enables superb carves to be performed at amazing speeds!
Thanks to its 9ply Canadian maple deck the Twin Tip Boat is among the most durable cruising longboards in the Osprey collection. This makes it a great cruise longboard for beginners as they're far more likely to give their board a good battering. The base of the deck is decorated with a series of squares, cut diagonally into two and decorated with surf-seasoned prints and unique Osprey graphics. The square theme is continued on the top of the deck where the grip tape is embossed with striking line patterns.
Attached to the base of the deck is a highly durable aluminium base and trucks. Sandwiched between the trucks and the deck are PU cushions which allow far greater manoeuvrability and quicker responses at high carving speeds. 12mm risers have also been used on the drop down longboard. The risers help to absorb pressure whilst greatly reducing wheel bite. The prevention of wheel bite is aided by the longboard's distinct twin tip design because the wheels are on the outside of the board as opposed to underneath it. Another awesome feature of the cruise longboard is its PU cast wheels, which are coloured a ravishing red and emblazoned with Osprey logos. The wheels are also fitted with high-grade ABEC-9 chrome bearings which reduce friction for a smoother, slicker ride.
Although the drop down longboard deck looks amazing its main purpose is for an enhanced performance. Add a generous splash of unique Osprey graphics and some brilliant design features and you've got yourself a recipe for a match made in longboard heaven!
