Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I made an order on the 15th of December, and Royal Mail said it’s been delivered in a safe place but it’s no where to been seen. I’ve tried to contact Zavvi through the only way you can on their online form on the 26th of December and still haven’t heard back. I’ve been advised by citizen advice to contact my back and request a charge back. Totally unacceptable for Zavvi not to respond and help me out since I cannot contact Royal Mail about this, it is down to Zavvi to contact them as the are the ones using the Royal Mail service. I am out of pocket for over £300 just not the Christmas or new years ones expecting.
