Hasbro Vintage Collection Action Figures

Made by Hasbro (a popular toys and games creator), the Star Wars Vintage Collection is a modern continuation of the Kenner series of action figures that was released during the late 70s and early 80s. The updated line was officially launched in 2010, bringing with it ‘super-articulated’ figures inspired by a galaxy far, far away.

These Star Wars action figures are distinguished from others of their kind in that they are presented in packaging resembling that of the Kenner toys manufactured alongside the original trilogy. Aside from minor adjustments, there’s very little that sets the Vintage Collection apart from its predecessor, which is a huge selling point for collectors who are nostalgic for the golden days of the toy industry.

Collect Your Favourite Heroes and Villains from Star Wars

Though the format of the Vintage Collection has changed very little from the time of the Kenner series, the list of characters presented in the format of action figures has expanded substantially. The heroes and villains of George Lucas’s original trilogy remain, but they are joined by a whole host of new faces, including those from the prequels, sequels, and TV spin-offs.

If you’re wanting to return to the films that started this galaxy-spanning journey, you can still find the likes of Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. However, fans of the expanded mythos might be more interested in Din Djarin (from The Mandalorian), Cal Kestis (Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order), or Ahsoka Tano (The Clone Wars).
