Ordered 10/12 and now xmas day and haven't received it. Ruined son's Xmas gift!!
1Purchased on 10/12 as xmas present and was available for immediate dispatch. Now it's xmas day and still haven't received it. No way of speaking to anyone. You message them and get automated message saying they are working through the orders. Ruined son's xmas present. Merry Xmas zavvi!
