Shocking delivery time
2I ordered this jumper on the 5th December for it to arrive 23rd December. I get the Christmas period is busier but almost 20 days to dispatch and item is terrible turn around. I ordered it to be able to wearing over the festive period but instead i got 2 days use out of it

Completely unreliable fake
1Zavvi is selling products they are simply not able to deliver, it has been 3 weeks and not even a peep from there overworked customer service, nor any sign of a refund or apology, if you want to send your money into a black hole try a wishing well at least you might eventually get a response.. 🎅🏻

Won’t dispatch
1Don’t bother ordering as it won’t get dispatched. 2 weeks and they still won’t post the item.
