Officially Licensed Street Fighter X Tekken FightPad S.D.

Here comes a new challenger! Get ready for the next battle when the two biggest fighting games clash head-to-head in Street Fighter X Tekken!

Created to appeal to the serious fighting game enthusiast, nothing brings the arcade experience closer to home than the Street Fighter X Tekken Arcade FightStick PRO. Approved by both Capcom and Namco Bandai, and embellished with exclusive game artwork, the Arcade FightStick PRO uses arcade-quality components from legendary Japanese arcade manufacturer, Sanwa Denshi. Featuring a Japanese-style ball-handled joystick and 30mm action buttons placed to match the Vewlix arcade cabinet configuration, arcade gamers will feel right at home.

15% Smaller Dimensions
Compared to Mad Catz’ original FightPad, the FightPad ‘S.D.’ measures 15 percent smaller. Ideal for hands of all sizes - - especially those on the small end of the spectrum - - the new form factor delivers precise control over your entire arsenal of moves.

Enlarged Circular D-Pad
An enlarged, circular 8-way floating D-Pad provides precise control and makes the FightPad S.D. perfect for all styles of fighting games. With a larger surface area than D-Pads found on first-party controllers - - 30mm compared to 23mm - - you can easily pull off circular or direct motions with ample room for precise or frantic combos! The floating style of the enlarged D-Pad makes performing intricate motions much easier and provides a distinct advantage over traditional D-Pads.

High-Quality Oversized Action Buttons with Multi-Speed Turbo
Six extra-large action buttons enable easy access to every kick, punch, throw and combo. 13mm in diameter (action buttons on standard controllers are 10mm), you get a larger strike area with which to deal damage. Multi-speed Turbo functionality provides two distinct Turbo speeds that can be mapped to any one of the action buttons.

Versatile 3-Way Switch
The FightPad S.D. features a handy 3-way switch which expands the D-Pad’s functionality and allows it to emulate a standard controller's left or right analog stick. This gives you the ability to navigate in-game menus and use the FightPad S.D. with a wide array of popular titles, including downloads on Xbox LIVE and the PlayStation Network.

Excellent

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This pad is excellent because you can do a lot of combos, with a PS3 it is very difficulty.

Good alternative to the arcade stick

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

If you are looking for a valuable and cheap alternative to the usually very expensive arcade sticks then the Street Fighter x Tekken Wired Fight Pad: Ryu EU is what you're looking for.

Fight pad

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

The pad looks good and despite feeling like a cheap raised d-pad, it actually controls perfect for Street Fighter. It's well worth the money!

MUST HAVE

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have been playing Street Fighter on the PS3 for almost 4 years with a PS3 dual-shock and I recently bought KOFXIII and Blazblue from Zavvi and I encountered difficulties playing KOFXIII with a PS3 dualshock. I could not execute certain combos, even some easy ones, and I decided to try this fight-pad. What an excellent choice. There are 3 things that I really like about this fight-pad. 1) The D-Pad is much better than the PS3 dual-shock. Both crouching, jumping and dashing backward and forward is more sensitive. 2) The action buttons are bigger and have more resistance. 3) There are only 2 triggers. The location of the 4 triggers on the PS3 dual-shock is not very good for 8 button fighting games such as (Super) Street Fighter 4 (Arcade Edition).
