Aliens Colonial Marines3
The review for Aliens: Colonial Marines is split up in two sections; Campaign and Multiplayer. Firstly the campaign is a major disappointment in this title and not nearly as good as the E3 demo previewed earlier last year, the A.I of both enemies and companions is highly flawed, your companions in the game will eagerly run ahead of you blocking your shots and never really kill anyone. The hit detection on some of the enemies is extremely bad to the point you will wonder why they havn't died after shooting them in the head for the 3rd time. Furthermore the graphics are extremely dated and are very poor. Compared to other shooters that came out in the beginning of ps3's lifetime such as Resistance 2, this is very poor. Strangely both the A.I. and the graphics begin to improve by a very small almost unoticable margin however screen tears remain constant. Multiplayer is really where this game shines, I will be honest I usually hate playing online with people i dont really know, however seeing players across the world expertly use the Aliens the way they were meant to be used is extremely appealing to me and I thoroughly enjoy playing online. All in all this game is a 2.5 out of 5 (or a 5/10) and is a rental at best. I am not quite sure what happened during the development of this game but this was not how the game should have been like, it could have been so much more.Report this review
The Aliens: Colonial Marines game was an abomination in my opinion. It had bad graphics, a bad story, voice acting and multiplayer. It was too short and full of bugs and glitches as well!Report this review
