One Piece Dynasty
5Let me start by saying one thing. This game won't appeal to those who want strategy, or to be challenged. One Piece Pirate Warriors is another entry into the Dynasty Warriors line. Like Dynasty Warriors you'll have a lot of button mashing and simple combos. You'll have tons of enemies who are rather weak, and some that are definitely stronger. Now, the One Piece portion is great. You'll get to use a lot of Luffy's new moves, play as his crew and there's a lot of story based missions. It brings you up to speed without spoiling the series, but it does run rather current so if you're far behind you might want to catch up. Besides just the story mode there are a lot of extra games most of which involve Luffy. They're simple, but a lot of fun. Overall, it's a lot of fun and a MUST for any fan of One Piece and Dynasty Warrior games!

5Finally, an anime game which doesn't only use the franchise name to call attention. One Piece: Pirate Warriors looks great, is fun and provides the whole One Piece Experience, starting with Ruffy's fight against Buggy.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors
4One Piece: Pirate Warrior is my first One Piece game, and I truly appreciate it. I know it's not complete with all the stories like Thriller Bark, but for a fan is a good game. It's even good for the ones that don't know the Manga\Anime. It's a bit boring when you have to face the pirates or marines in the same scenes every level, but the various techniques that Rufy can do makes the game and scenes very enjoyable.

5One Piece: Pirate Warriors is a great game, very beautiful and very well done. The chronological story and respective characters are great. The game really captures the spirit of the manga. It's simply awesome.

Great
4One Piece: Pirate Warriors is a must buy for anyone who loves One Piece. It has all the story arcs apart from Skypiea and Thriller Bark. Playing through the game is a great nostalgia filled trip. All of the straw hats are included as playable characters along with Ace, Jimbei, Hancock and Whitebeard. The gameplay is similar to other musuo games (Dynasty warriors). The only downside is the lack of an English dub, although it doesn't bother me, those that prefer an English voicetrack might feel a little dissapointed. In any case this is the best One Piece game out currently and if you're a fan definitely pick it up!

'One Piece' of Excellent Entertainment
4A great all round Anime game and a brilliant first ps3 outing for the One Piece series. The Dynasty Warriors style game play provide a stable and interesting experience which is likely to get you hooked. I have never been a huge fan of One Piece so if I can enjoy a game like this then I'm sure others will as well. If you're a fan this game is a must, if not, give it a try and you might be surprised. The only things that could make this game better is a less repetitive combo system and the 'FUNimation' English dubbed voices. Apart from that this game is brilliant!
