great game
5I've got this for both Xbox and pc graphics are nice and the gameplay is good if you are a tomb raider fan you will not go wrong here the bow and arrow is a very nice touch to the standard guns. The game has a good story plot and gets better the more you dive in. Overall I am impressed and cant wait for the second instalment.

5I'm extremely pleased with my purchase of Tomb Raider: Survivor Edition. It's great and included the soundtrack of the game and more! The game play has been excellent so far, with great graphics and an even better story line. It's ideal for anyone who has been a follower of all Tomb Raider games.

Best of the bunch
5I've played all of the Tomb Raiders since the days of the PS1, and this is most definitely the best of the bunch. More tombs next time though please!

An Amazing & Emotional Adventure
5I personally never played any of the original Tomb Raider games and wasn't sure about this one at first, but after I tried it ...well, let's just say it changed my mind about Lara Croft completely. The game is very mature, intense and atmospheric. The intro stage is when you will get hooked. There is a great balance of exploration, third person action and well implemented quick time events. The game itself is not very long (about 12-18 hours) and it is not very challenging combat wise (even on the hardest difficulty). Even though it passes by quickly you will still feel as if you were watching an amazing adventure movie. If this is your first Tomb Raider game, you will surely get hooked. A must own for action-adventure fans as well as Tomb Raider fans.

Fantastic Reboot!
5I was skeptical at first about Tomb Raider: Survivor Edition, as it is a reboot, featuring a new Lara and a new storyline, as well as the gameplay style itself, but I gave it a chance and I have to say, I loved it. The controls were smooth and very responsive, the graphics are amazing, the story was very well thought out, using real legends and mythology to create an amazing experience that makes you as the player, interested in what's going on and the story behind the island you're exploring. The new Lara Croft is voiced by Camilla Luddington, who did a fantastic job at taking on this role. The voice work in this game is not cheesy at all, like in the older games. They really did a good job with the voice cast this time around. What I loved most about the game was the combat and the control you have during the combat sections where you have a massive enemy hoard that charges at you. In the original games, there was no real dodge command, you could only jump aimlessly in the air as you mindlessly shoot your infinite bullets in whatever direction you're facing and hope it hits the enemy, whereas in this new reboot, you have complete full control over all your weapons and if you're under attack, you can indeed dodge close combat and roll away from bullets and arrows firing at you. Overall, it's a great game and one of the best games I've played in a long time and a fantastic reboot of an awesome video game franchise. I'm looking forward to the sequel. I'd recommend this game to anyone who enjoys adventure games.

Yes, it's that good
5I had been playing Tomb Raider: Survivor Edition until 2am yesterday and continued this morning, the gameplay is excellent. The story is something I wouldn't want to rate since I haven't finished the game, but at this point it looks really good. The graphics are impressive - especially the main characters. And I love stealth - luckily Tomb Raider allows to use stealth tactics from time to time. This is one of few games from my 20+ years of gaming which is almost flawless. I would recommend this to everyone.
