Even better in the flesh (vinyl)
I've been waiting for this range for some time as I follow their creator @Kibooki on Twitter. He produces 3D rendered digital images of people and characters on an almost daily basis and he seems to be able to tap into my own mind for inspiration of who or what to model next! So the news that a deal had been struck to create some of his designs physically was most welcome and this (along with Marty McFly) was a part of the initial range. Everything here is of a really high standard finish and quality - from the fine detail on the actual figure to the packaging that can be so important to collectors. Personally I'm not a collector in that sense, so Doc will be out of his box, stood on a shelf in my office with a few others from the Vinyl Idolz range. The figure is a bit heavier than I expected and this, for me, just adds to the overall quality. As I'm sure you can tell, I couldn't be happier with this item and hopefully in the future the range will become a little less US-centric in the figures it produces. I'd really want a set of Vic & Bob or League of Gentlemen characters.
