Poor customer service

Really disappointed in Zavvi, ordered item 3 weeks ago and only just recieved item after having to chase Zavvi customer service numerous times to get a replacement sent out, the item is great and in great condition but the overall shopping experience with zavvi has put me off shopping with them going forward which is a shame as I have referred a number of family members over the years due to the great customer service I did used to recieve.

Absolutely fantastic little build the option of which movie Time Machine you want to build was a very nice touch along side the mini figures of the doc and Marty along side a few other surprises I don’t want to spoil

Purchased the item nearly 2 weeks ago and its still not arrived, have raised this multiple times with Zavvi and they are very slow on helping, I've just been referred to royal mail tracking which I have explained has no updates. Really disappointing to see such poor customer service.

What a great build this has been, very easy to follow instructions booklet and what a great nostalgia build from an amazing film trilogy, looking to get a display case to keep the dust off and save with the dusting lol, and got this from zavvi for a really great price, after payment the item was shipped to me very quickly and have and will continue to buy from Zavvi again and again with those great prices.
