5Brought for my Husband for Christmas 🎄 He’s enjoyed building this detailed set Definitely a Must have for Home Alone Movie Fan Good delivery from Zavvi and box intact

No delivery
1Ordered on the 6th of December, no delivery. Messed about by a none existent customer service. Managed to cancel order just before Christmas, cutting it fine. And went to smyths toys and got it for the same price. Why take orders when you have no stock and not inform customers. Especially when they are Christmas gifts. Never ordering from this company again, absolute sham.

Not sure if this is a con
1Ordered 07/12/25 they took payment as in their policy it states it will be taken when an item has been dispatched. 18/12/25 still not been dispatched?. Their customer service are not replying to my messages and starting to wonder if it’s a con and they don’t have any. Won’t be using them again for Xmas gifts as can’t trust them

Great item at a great price
5Item was saved in my wish list when out of stock. I had a notification when it came back into stock, and I purchased at a great price. My only issue was how long it took to be shipped to me, and poor communication about why it wasn’t dispatched in a timely manner. I had to chase it twice and it took nearly a month to be delivered from date of purchase. Thankfully it was a gift to myself and not to someone else
