5Good communication with purchase of my item, had the mail tracked for me so I had emails and texts to say as and when it was arriving. Same as I've come to expect from Zavvi. Came in good time too from despatch.

4As a long time loot crate subscriber, I had grown tired of the "hit and miss" nature of the boxes. No such problems so far with ZBOX, quality items in the boxes I've had so far with nothing added as filler material.

Idiot
5Okay, so I saw these boxes online for a while and there are a number of companies doing them. I really took my time to decide who to go with for my geek-fix. When I ordered, I was dubious about the quality, I was dubious about the "subscription" and I was dubious about the "free postage". When the item hadn't arrived after a week, I panicked and tried to cancel my order... The company were unbelievably helpful and talked me through cancellation. So, I cancelled even before the box arrived.... The box arrived and oh my gosh!!!!! It was incredible, my son has had hours of fun from some of it, I have a new tshirt and my inner-geek is more than satisfied! The quality and quantity of items is amazing! I feel like an absolute idiot for cancelling and am currently reordering!! - I feel I owe the company an apology! Sorry
