Amazing
5All 3 films have been cleaned up in a 4K transfer that’s pretty much perfect, little to no film grain, I couldn’t believe how good it looked half the time

5I thought it was about time I purchased The Lord of the Rings in 4k. It was definitely worth the price. Amazing quality, especially when played on a LG CX TV. If you can afford the box-set, then go for it. I'd say it's definitely the best way to view the series. Going to have to buy the Hobbit box-set next.

5Having seen all these in the cinema and then owning the extended Blu-ray set for what seems like ages I wasn’t expecting these to live up to all the hype about them but wow Not only is the 4K transfer the best I’ve ever seen it’s also been cleaned and colour corrected to make it pin sharp, and with the Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos it just makes it all pop like I’ve never seen before. It’s a total joy to watch, just stunning if your a LOTR fan
