Documentary Epic
5It is truly a masterpiece of nature documentaries. Earth is beautiful, and this series shows that, if nothing else. I'm not usually a fan of the genre, but I'm a fan of beauty and immersion, and every hour of it was an extremely satisfying experience. There's always a little sadness when watching nearly extinct animals, it makes one think about humanity. Interesting to see the exotic animals in their natural habitat, and the scenes with the cubs are always a delight. The picture quality of the Blu-Ray is sharp, way sharper than expected. It looks great. Narration by D. A. is fantastic, sparse, effective. The boxset: a slipcase with two digipaks, 6 discs, hours of quality content, and a little booklet. Well worth its price, and looking forward to other BBC documentaries. Service: this was my very first order and the product hasn't arrived in time, but they were extremely nice to send a replacement. I had to wait a month or so, but it arrived before Christmas, so I'm really not upset, great price, great webshop, will definitely return.

5Fantastic series and the only way to watch it is in Blu-ray. The quality is out of this world. Excuse the pun! I'd recommend this set to anybody.

Excellent
5Another one of David Attenborough's fantastic documentaries. Absolutely worth the watch. Showing a variety of scenes over the world will leave you with your jaw dropped open. Stunning filmography shown in it's best form on the Blu-Ray. Looks fantastic on my Sony LCD 40" TV. It makes me want to buy a bigger TV. The special features are worth the watch also. I bought a copy for myself and a gift. They loved it just as much as me. I wish I had have seen this doco earlier.
