THAT ARTWORK THOUGH...SERIOUSLY?!
1Buying steels for years from Zavvi. Rarely write a review here...but just had to for this. I'll keep it short and sweet with sentiments that are echoed amongst many steelbook collecting STAR WARS fans: Ugly artwork and sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the other two that are set for release. Original 'Gone With The Wind' style poster would of been perfect. If the artwork doesn't change I'll be cancelling my pre-orders unfortunately. THAT ARTWORK THOUGH...SERIOUSLY?!

Come on Zavvi
1Please oh Please Zavvi give us better artwork for this the best Star Wars movie of all time. A New Hope artwork was perfect, The Empire Strikes Back deserves the same treatment not the rubbish on offer... please change the artwork or risk losing many preorders mine included

terrible art work
1Nobody wants this artwork zavvi. Why have you messed up the collection so bad? Episode 4 is a beautiful theatrical poster, episode 6 is looking like a theatrical poster. So why is episode 5 THIS? TERRIBLE.

Awful artwork choice
1The artwork for the steelbook for A New Hope was incredible! Why have they chosen this one for ESB?! Not consistent and just an awful choice... if there is anything that can be done to change it, please do! I'm consider cancelling the A New Hope steelbook now, and this one too. Very disappointing.

Awful art
1Echo everyones disappointment here. Art work is a huge shame. Massive tbh. I wanted all 3 and would have assumed they would have stuck with the same quality image on a new hope. Sadly not. Sincerely Disapointed

The Empire Strikes Back — 4K Steelbook Artwork !?
1Zavvi customer for light years. My first review ever. "The Empire Strikes Back" is the most iconic & loved Star Wars movie. This film is the "Heart & Soul" of the franchise. Today I am as passionate an original trilogy fan as I was an eight year old back in 1980. However I recognise "The Empire Strikes Back" not only sits magnificently in the middle of a wonderful trilogy but also the middle of the desperately titled "The Skywalker Saga"!?. "The Empire Strikes Back" is a "Work of Art" and the quality of "Artwork" should match the quality of content of this unique 4K steelbook release. I am not only a Star Wars fan but also a Graphic Designer. The failure to acknowledge the fans eternal passion by selecting the "Teaser Poster" artwork is as awful a decision now as was promotion then. The Roger Kastel One Sheet ("Gone With The Wind") Poster is as iconic as the film itself and the obvious fans choice. Disney don't toss the sabre again and continue to turn to the Darkside. In these testing times give fans "Hope" and not "Bad feelings about this" and let the artwork disappear from our scopes. MTFBWY

No consistency!
1This is the first review I have ever felt necessary to write.... look im sure the film in 4K is absolutely amazing and as always the steelbooks from Zavvi are fantastic. Like most people who put alot of money into your service and support your company will be very unhappy with the choice of the art work on the front. I do feel maybe changing the art to the original poster art would be more suitable for the collection. I've pre-ordered on the grounds this gets changed, otherwise I'm cancelling all the pre-orders. Sorry Zavvi, but this art choice makes no sense to me.
