Stylish and classic design
5Great looking Steelbook with beautiful artwork, a great addition to any collection and definitely does he classic film justin. The 4K picture quality is excellent and sounds great too!

“I love 4K” “I know”
5What many consider to be the best film of the original trilogy blasts its way onto a 4K disc with this Zavvi steelbook. The artwork, despite not being the “Gone with the Wind” style poster, is still distinctive and a well put together package. The 4K resolution really pops in the film with the buttons on Darth Vader’s suit and the shine of C3-PO being moments where the 4K HDR really shines. If you do not own a 4K version of this movie already (from the Skywalker saga collection) then this is simply a must have.

Poor design and quality control
1Whilst the image used for the front of this steelbook is from an original 'teaser' poster, unfortunately it just doesn't fit in with the rest of the collection. In addition, the print run appears to have been blighted with a production fault resulting in horizontal scratches across the front of the steelbook (about 1/4 of the way down from the top), which is more visible on some than others (in my case, I could only see them when holding the steelbook at a certain angle to the light). As a result, I have now returned my copy for a refund and have reluctantly decided not to continue with this particular collection (I already own the Skywalker Saga Boxset, so have all of the films on 4K UHD anyway).

Empire Strikes Back 4K Steelbook
4A very worthwhile purchase and looking forward to receiving the rest of the saga. The 4K version is everything I’d want for the best film of the series. The cover artwork as per previous comments is disappointing, but understand this was the original concept artwork.

5What’s not to love about Empire ? Plus I may be in the minority but I actually love the Vader floating head artwork

3Good transfer but the cover doesnt match the original artwork the other 4k steelbooks in this trilogy have. Shame

Empire strikes back
5The film looks great, the film sounds great... Obviously. The elephant in the room is the artwork for the steel book. Why use classic artwork for episode's 4 and 6 and for episode 5, arguably, the best movie in the star wars series use the plainest most boring image of its most iconic character, Vader, it doesn't do the movie or character any justice, and, all but spoils a brilliant trio of steel book releases. Zavvi would you have a photo of triplets with 2 beautiful smiling face and one of the back of a head... No so why this? Ah well life goes on. I can't fault the content on the disks just the steel book that it comes in.

4Nice steelbook, as part of a 9 steelbook set, but I agree with others that this should have been released with the theatrical release poster as the front cover, to match the other 8 steelbooks!
