5To say the least, the Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook for this The Place Beyond the Pines Double Play (Blu-Ray and DVD) is just as beautiful as the movie itself. Great movie, some good special features such as behind the scenes videos, trailers and commentary and the steelbook itself is a wonderful design.

Gosling Rocks
5I eagerly awaited this Steelbook and was not disappointed with the quality or content as this movie although weighing in at a hefty 141 minutes it does not leave time for you to lose concentration. Ryan Gosling is absolutely outstanding in his role as Luke and with quality support from Bradley Cooper and Eva Mendez this movie moves, entertains and grips you from start to finish. It can almost be divided into 3 parts as it deals with the different timeline of the characters and their lives in the present and the future, I cannot fault the storyline or any acting as this is a thoroughly deserved 5 star rating, excellent quality for your money.

5The Place Beyond the Pines - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook is a great film, great case, definitely worth the money. Maybe not for everyone, but this film contains some of the best performances by the leading cast. Worth a watch.

Slick (the film and the steelbook!)
5I would highly recommend The Place Beyond the Pines - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook - Double Play (Blu-ray and DVD). It's an epic film that has a great story, packed with great performances and action scenes. This is well worth the price especially for the steelbook packaging. It's one of the nicest steelbooks I've got, it's a real slick bit of kit! Well worth a look!

Nice Steelbook for an okay movie
5Nice design on the steelbook, also like the text on the back. The film itself was pretty good. Though it does feel like three movies sandwiched together and makes it too long. Without giving the plot away the third story does also seem a bit far fetched. On the whole its worth a go.
