Great Value memory stick
5Tested with H2testw (full results below) my drive significantly outperformed the claimed specs with an average write speed of 8MB/s and a read speed of over 22.5MB/s. Capacity reported as 61182MB which is 59.75GB (or 64x10^9 bytes, which is why they call it 64GB... A well known computing niggle) The drive came with Bullguard Backup, Steganos Password Manager 12, Rapidsolution AudialsOne Standard and Balesio Fileminimizer Pictures software included on it and was formatted using NTFS. It did get pretty warm during testing, but this didn't seem to affect performance. If the metal casing heats up it means that heat is being conducted away from the circuitry at least.... Given the price I have no complaints and would certainly buy more of these.

FYI - actual size
5The formatted size of drives always appears less. The drive can hold 64gb if 1kb = 1000bytes, but 1kib = 1024bytes, so the amount is always less. Plus more space gets used due to formatting overheads. I would say 90%+ of computer users know this.

3The CnMemory 64GB Spaceloop Metal USB 2.0 Flash Drive is a really good value item which does everything it says on the tin, but provides 64GB of memory. Even after having deleted everything pre-installed on the stick I could still only manage 57 GB which was about 5 GB less than I needed, which was a little irritating but even at 7 GB less the advertised it is still quite good value.

5purchased this memory stick to store some movies, haven't had a problem with it and the price was great. What more could you want, the design is also excellent small and strong. Top marks.

Great piece of kit
5An excellent little flash drive. I'm loving it already, it's about quarter of the size of my current (not to mention old) external hard drive. This offer just came at the right time, I still hadn't seen such a brilliantly priced 64GB datastick, It's already had it's uses and it comes with some free software pre-installed, my advice is not to delete it as the tools turn out to actually be quite useful. It's excellent for carrying any 'portable apps' and I also aim to use it to carry round freeware games and emulators. Very good for anyone that deals with large media files. When I was at uni, I could've really done with one of these instead of 8GB.
