5For a long time I have been searching for the complete 24 box set. every now and again a great offer would come along but i always missed out, but not this time... I was really impressed with the cost of the box set and also with the fact that i didnt have to wait too long for it to be delivered

5This is a must buy especially for the price!. I have had my eye on the boxset since the series came to an end (sad time). It has always been a little too expensive, around the £150 mark, but for a third of the price, 49 discs and the quality of the packaging it's in, I couldn't say no! I have already seen the whole series twice over, but it is so addictive once you start watching it, you can't stop. It is very clearly done the way it is in real time, and links in with each episode. The cliffhangers after each episode always leaves you saying "I'll just see what happens in the next episode, then I'm off to bed", next thing you know you are still watching it at 4am, and have to be up at 6! (what happened in my case anyway!) Jack Bauer is the Don, he is one of TV's greatest charachters EVER!! Special mention must go to one of the best supporting characters ever in Chloe O'Brien, who brings sarcasm to a whole new level. I can't stress enough, how much you would enjoy this TV series - a must buy!!

424 is one of those series where you sit down to watch one or two episodes and end up glued to the screen until 4 in the morning. Totally addictive tv! I've only watched the first 6 seasons so far, so can't comment on Redemption or the final two seasons, but my overall impression is that the later series are less convincing than the earlier ones, although still highly watchable. I once saw a t-shirt emblazoned with the logo "Superman wears Jack Bauer pyjamas". I stopped watching the show when it was aired due to its being switched to a channel I didn't have, but having now got back into it I couldn't agree more with the sentiment of this slogan!!!

Kiefer Sutherland At His Best
524 is about CTU agent Jack Bauer who has to stop Terrorist atacks on his country each episode is an hour working it up to 24 hours jack will do anything it takes to stop the atack. 24 was my favorite programe on tv this was a good deal so i could not turn it down i got 49 discs with all 8 series and plus redemption so such a good deal. 24 is such a good tv series Kiefer Sutherland is great as Jack Bauer going to extreme lengths to day the day. 24 is such a good series i could watch it over and over again.

5This is a fine show. You need to watch it with an open mind and just enjoy instead of thinking "that will never happen" because that happens more then once per season. Loved it because it always seemed to leave you on a cliff hanger at the end of each episode. Buy it now

5Quite possibly TV's most addictive, most thrilling, most nerve-wrecking, mind-melting show. The Show: 5/5 It all started in 2001 and continued strong till 2010 spanning 8 adrenaline-charged seasons. 24 is a show split up over 1 day, unfolding in real time. The premise sounded so crazy and boring but right off the bat, the show was nail-biting and kept us on the edge of our sofas. 24 is masterfully executed, extermely creative, perfectly-acted, and brilliantly realized show. This show resurrected the career of Keifer Sutherland and turned the character he plays, Jack Bauer, into a modern pop-culture ICON. Video Quality: 5/5 The entire series is presented in its original 1.78:1 widescreen aspect ratio and it really looks fantastic. The anamorphic transfers preserve the series' stylized visuals. The later seasons are so good looking you will feel you're watching a theatrical thriller rather than a tv series. The Package: 5/5 8 Seasons and 1 TV movie on 55 discs. Each season is housed in a single amaray case and each case has 7 discs (6 discs main feature, 1 disc special features). The movie has its own amaray case. One main negative point is that the TV movie is the standard 1 disc version and not the extended cut 2 disc edition. On the whole this is a great package and fits well on the shelf. Audio Quality: 5/5 The audio is presented in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround mix, delivering immersive action sequences and ensuring every gunfire and explosion packs a punch. The dialogues are very clear. English subtitles are provided for all seasons. Special Features: 5/5 Every single extra you can think of is delivered in this amazing box-set. The producers really left no stone unturned as you get everything ranging from commentaries to documantries to deleted scenes and so much more. Overall: 10/5 24 in my opinion is the greatest action thriller ever to grace the small screen. The format is very creative and highly addictive, with so many memorable moments throughout its power-packed 8 seasons and tv movie. I strongly recommend you buy this set and treasure it.
