Old-School Resident Evil style !
5Resident Evil: Revelations is a "back-to-basics" episode. Despite proposing a very classic and sometimes useless scenario, the adventure takes you to the guts for more than 10 hours and offers tons of additionnal content once the game is finished to play with friends. The Circle Pad Pro really helps things out and smoothen your character's movements. We also enjoyed the "TV-show presentation" of the game, with episodes and animations scenes "Previously in RE Revelations" which also gives a fresh touch to the game. It's also the most beautiful game available to date on the 3DS. A must-have!

5Resident Evil: Revelations is one of the best games on the 3DS. Here we have a mix of new features from RE5 with the old school gaming. The graphics are beautiful and detailed. 3D is also amazing, the atmosphere is well set. The sound is good, especially if you use headphones. The gameplay is very diverse. You scan the environment looking for secrets and scan enemies for bonuses. You can customize your weapons. With the circle pad the game is much more easier to control. The circle pad itself is very comfortable and highly recommended.

Perfect deal
5Resident Evil: Revelations is a really great game, and it work so much better with the Circle Pad Pro (not that the controls don't work without), and getting both together in this exclusive bundle is just fantastic. The game itself is one of the best, if not the best game out there for the 3DS, a must buy if you ask me.

Great Resident Evil game!
5Resident Evil: Revelations is one of the best Resident Evil games that's come along since Resident Evil 4. The Circle Pad Pro is a real plus for your gaming experience. Maybe not that good looking but at least it really works, aiming in the game is simple now.

5Resident Evil Revelations is a perfect merge between the old Resident Evil and action from the likes of Resident Evil 4 and 5. The circle pad is great, recommend it to anyone.

Resident Evil Revelations
5For all those who thought that the circle pad was nonsense - no way, it makes the game much more fun and moreover it opens 3DS games to a new point of view. I wonder what it will be like playing MGS, Kingdom Heartas anfd future shooters now we've got the double pad. Great invention and great game, scary, frightening and with lots of things to do. Miss more puzzles though.

Excelent
5It's a great experience, performs a sublime combination of adventure and survival horror-style Resident Evil 4. Capcom tried to do something new, but not forgetting where they come and making a nod to early versions of Resident Evil. The game is technically brilliant, very entertaining, long and with a large 3D. The additional pad is comfortable and, for those who have large hands, is a big relief because we can better hold the console without breaking finger pain. The downside is the game without using the pad, because it is quite difficult without having the aim of the second analog controller.

Absolutely Amazing
5Resident Evil: Revelations gets 5 Stars for graphics, sound and gameplay! And along with making the best of the 3DS it's a fabulous addition to the series! The levels are beautifully creepy as you work your way through various locations. Enemies are waiting in random and spooky places all throughout the game. The new style of gameplay is also great as it adds an old feeling of nostalgia through the 'back to its roots' system. That said the game also contains some of the resident evil 4/5 style where you just shoot anything that moves - though the segments are short. The bosses are great too easily on par with the console editions from the series. The 3D effects are also great as they add tremendous depth and options in game allow for further depth to be added. The raid is mercenaries mode but rehashed so that you traverse levels instead of staying in one setting. This is coop online and offline for someone else with a 3ds and the game. The Circle Pad Pro actually adds to the game massively in terms if ease - the controls imitate that of the ps3. Unfortunately the original 3ds design did not include a second analogue stick but the circle pad compensates for this to a good standard. Overall - A game that is worth getting the 3DS for!

A return to form.
5Resident Evil 5 was bitterly disappointing, but fears of a maintained misstep are quashed in the first few minutes of Revelations. It returns to the atmosphere of the original titles, whilst bringing forth the modern improvements found in Resident Evil 4 . The graphics are more than up to console standard and the addition of 3D really adds depth to instances where shambling creatures crawl towards you down long dark corridors. The sound, not often noted in the series, marks a high point in Revelations. On occasion the audio serves genuine scares, and even when not pronounced, presents an ambiance that fits the despair of the narrative. Controls are improved by the circle pad pro, but not to a point it is a necessity. Handhelds mimicking consoles are often maligned by inferior controls, but credit should be given that the game fits well and the controls don't feel overly compromised. Perhaps the most interesting move is the structure of the game. The episodic nature fits the system well and shows an understanding of the difference between the handheld and console experience. Overall, I am mightily impressed and would recommend to series mainstays and newcomers.
