5Taking aspects from some of the most classic Resident Evil games, Resident Evil Revelations really pushes the genre and is now the bar setter for quality of games on the Nintendo 3DS. The 3D in revelations adds so much to the gameplay, enhancing scary moments with a sense of depth pulls you into the game like never before. You really must play this game with headphones on to get the full experience as the music and sound compliments the graphics and gameplay to deliver a full Resident Evil masterpiece. The controls are very good but are far superior once you add the circle pad pro attachment; moving and shooting become so much more intuitive. I couldn't recommend this game enough; seriously, you need to buy this game if you own a 3DS or if you don't it's an ideal time to do so.

Excellent addition to the Series
5Resident Evil: Revelations creates the tense atmosphere the classic RE games are known for, whilst utilizing the over the shoulder look favoured in 4 and 5. It really is a great mix of old and new and had me on the edge of my seat! The story is told from different perspectives and can seem a bit disjointed at first, but bare with it as it builds well as you get into the story. The CCP feels a little large at first but once you off shooting creatures with your trusty shotgun you don't notice it and infact miss it when you playing a normal 3DS game without it. Graphically Revelations is fantastic for a handheld device, a testament to the 3DS rather than the game itself. It is on par with some current games on the gaming consoles. In conclusion this is a fantastic addition to the Resident Evil series and the Circle Pad Pro is an accessory that should only get better with time.

5A great game. The circle pad pro controls very well and is actually very comfortable to grip, although it is a bit large. The game controls very well without the circle pad pro and I would recommend using gyro controls for aiming.

If you've got a 3DS, this is a must have.
5I loved this game from beginning to end, it kept me on my toes the whole time while adding a detailed storyline Resident Evil fans can appreciate. It brings back some of the fear and survival horror elements from older RE games, The game is split into chapters which I love as you unravel the storylines of all the characters involved and it keeps the game interesting as almost every chapter ends with a cliffhanger before starting another chapter with another character. The Circle Pad Pro is also a very useful add on, not just for the gameplay improvements but the comfort it brings when you play with it. It feels like a controller, your hands can grip and hold the 3DS a way that wasnt possible before without compromising the reach to the original buttons and making gameplay alot more enjoyable. All in all I rate this bundle 5 stars and as a zavvi exclusive I can also see it becoming a collectable in the future.

Excellent Bundle
5Resident Evil: Revelations with the Circle Pad Pro is a fantastic product. The game has great graphics for such a tiny little console and the Circle Pad Pro gives the 3DS that extra control to shoot those slimmy creatures down. Basically if you're a fan of a older Resident Evil games, this will bring you much joy. The Circle Pad Pro allows you to now walk and shoot at the same time. A great life saver when dodging big bosses. If you haven't purchased this game, get it order now!! A must have on the 3DS.

BRILLIANT!!
5I haven't played any previous Resident Evil games, but this makes me keen to check them out. This game is amazing. The graphics are perfect. The game is a great mix of exploring, shooting down monsters, managing weapons and ammo supplies, and following an interesting story line. The controls are perfect too, with or without the circle pad pro (I prefer with). It has a multiplayer co-op mode, but no online versus mode which is a bit disappointing, but regardless, this game is worth buying.

A top 5 3DS game
5If you have a 3DS then you need Revelations. It's not a game worth buying the system, for like Zelda was, but if you have a 3DS then this will offer great graphics, a great challenge with replay value, and great 3D effect.

Revelations
5Revelations is a great game; the best title I've played on the 3DS. The 3D is awesome and the game makes great use of the touchscreen. This is an excellent bundle, though the game works well with or without Circle Pad Pro.

Circle Pad Pro a lot better than expected.
5We've all seen the pictures of the Circle Pad Pro (CPP) and immediately cried about how big and bulky it is and how it destroys the aesthetic of the 3DS, but in fact, I think it's the only way to play RE: Revelations. The CPP is comfortable in the hands and feels natural, much in the same way the Gamecube pad felt natural with Resident Evil 4. The game itself being divided into chapters is very convenient when on the move. Overall, if you're a fan of RE post RE4, then this title is a must buy WITH the CPP. Trust me, it's not as bad as it looks!

A great title
5The episodic layout of Revelations makes it perfect for the 3DS, you can pick it up, play a mission then put it down, same with the Multi-player component. The story is fantastic and gripping, the game itself utilizes the 3D effect of the console extremely well, making the game play that much more engrossing, but even without the 3D effect turned on, the game is still beautifully rendered. The circle pad pro add-on bundled with this game makes the game even easier to play, and therefore a more enjoyable experience. Overall I think this is a fantastic addition to the Resident Evil series, with brilliant game play, story and appearance.
