Better than I expected
4I kept reading that the latest PS3 felt flimsy and cheaply made. To me it seems well made and the famous sliding cover for the disc works nicely. Only real criticism is that (so far as I can tell) there is absolutely no indication of whether the PS3 has finished loading its software and is ready to use, or not. Why not just use an egg timer symbol like everybody else?

PS3 and Zavvi - an excellent pairing!
5My original 60GB PS3 gave up after 5 years of usage, so this was a replacement. It is so much smaller...and quieter....than the old 'fax machine'. Large capacity drive is great too. I don't mind the new top-loading design, but whether or not it is sturdy enough to last for years remains to be seen. A really pleasant experience.

5I had to replace my PS3 due to my old one packing in. I got the PS3: New Sony Playstation 3 Slim Console at a usual, fantastic Zavvi price, and free next day delivery meant I could get back online ASAP.

4Better value for money and loads of space on the hard-drive but it is a little louder than my previous 2 ps3 consoles. Doesn't bother me that much but worth noting.

Small and powerful!
3The PS3: New Sony Playstation 3 Slim Console is a fantastic product! It works really well with psp vita and is very fast, I can play great games watch great films and use the Internet. Everything packed into a small computer!

5I am leaving this review to say how happy i am with the Playstation 3 Slim Console I have just bought. It was the best deal I found and I am going to tell everyone I know to go to ZAVVI for any games,music or even game consoles. Thanks again ZAVVI I will be back again real soon.

Playstation 3 500gb
5I previously owned a Nintendo Wii. My new requirements were a gamer with a load of storage and good motion ability as I enjoy playing sport and fitness games. The Ps3 has a mass of storage and for an extra few pounds I bought the Move and Eye. The whole system is so easy to set up. There is so much you can do such as streaming movies, creating photos and music librarys, browsing the web. There is a large supply of games to try before you buy. Comes with catch up TV which is great and you can play dvd and blu ray discs. Fantastic entertainment all in one place for a very reasonable price.
