5I played Diablo 2 for thousands of hours and by the look of it, I might be spending as much time on Diablo 3. The only bad part is the regular "Error #37" with servers saturated, but hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Fantastic... at first
4Diablo III is aesthetically pleasing, which is what probably draws most people in. Everything runs smoothly and there are no loading issues. Game play is great, however after one play through, it is hard to play it again as there is very little replay value. I was satisfied with my first play through, however I found it difficult to play it again, even with a different class. This is probably due to the new skills and stats features. Everything is set for you, you just choose what you like, which depletes the creativity it had in Diablo II. There is less customisation. Everything is set in stone. And because of that, there was always a specific skill you would use over and over in certain situations, which really bored me, regardless of the graphics and how "pretty" it has become. I would recommend this for those who feel they're able to play through the whole game without getting bored of seeing the same scenery and hearing the same voices over and over.

Best Diablo Yet
5This game is absolutely outstanding, a 12 year wait and well worth it. This game has been put together very carefully, unlike other PC games released in the last couple of years that seem to be rushed and put on a shelf as quickly as possible this on the other hand has been touched up very nicely. Graphically it is very vibrant, the audio is just superb and the gameplay just speaks for itself. There is so much to do on this game, people are giving this negative feedback as they are expecting too much early on, what they need to realise is that this game rewards you gradually, they don't just make you invincible early on, you have to work through the difficulties to get the best loot and in time become more powerful. The auction house is also a brilliant feature of the game for buying and selling loot. Graphics: 8/10 Gameplay: 10/10 Audio: 10/10 Overall: 9.5/10 Just buy it and be patient - you'll be rewarded!

4Diablo 3 is a good game for single play. Really enjoyable.

Fun playing with friends
5Diablo 3 has a varying range of difficulties so it is both suitable for hardcore players going for the best items and also the more casual gamers wanting to play through the story. Joining up with friends is very easy and extremely fun. As with all Blizzard games, it is very addictive.

Diablo III
4Gameplay in Diablo 3 is brilliant/intense and leveling/skill trees are very well thought out. Art style is gorgeous, and the in-game environments are mind-blowing. Character classes are varied and interesting, and the cut-scenes will melt your brain. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Especially if you're a fan of dungeon crawlers and/or RPGs. Diablo 3 is an awesome title and you'd be foolish to miss out.

4I gave Diablo 3 four stars, mostly because of problems with story elements, as well as not being able to play alone without lag or getting disconnected all the time. I would give it 3.5 stars if such an option was available. The game has a really fun combat system and is very well polished. Fun banter with NPCs or followers are plenty and never get old. Voice over as a whole is done superbly. The biggest problems are that the main story is made for 10 year olds and big connection problems during play. I should never have 200+ ping for playing alone in SP. I should not be able to play for 1h, get a random disconnect and then need to continue at last checkpoint and lose all waypoint progress after that. Last problem is there is no long term planning and building a character. You never need more then one character of single class. Whatever you want to do you can do with each class. Also I miss passive bonuses that give small incremental bonuses like in D2. In D3 you only get 3 passive skills. I would still recommend any RPG fan to get this game, but wait until they roll out the first batch of patches and fixes.

Diablo legend continues
5Didn't have too much of expectation from Diablo 3 as only played the very first one solo. I'm pleasantly surprised by the joy I had since starting to play this amazing game a few days ago. Pros: 1. Very engaging combat experience and classes have distinct differences to suit play styles. 2. Co-op team up is easy and fast. No hassle like in previous Wow experience looking for group etc. 3. Region free - this is the best improvement from Blizzard regarding previous games like WoW & Starcraft 2. Cons: 1. Server still has some lag spike issues It's an excellent game and I enjoy every minute of it.

Good, but nowhere near perfect
4Unfortunate for this title, hundreds of people on metacritic gave it a 0 or 1 score just because of the launch day problems or specific issues like the existance of DRM in the game, I`ll try to be more objective than that. The DRM is a constant nuisance - especially in the rural areas of the UK, where the internet is usually slow enough to be the cause of a permanent lag. The characters are looking very ugly on the character selection screen, which I think is a major fail from Blizzard, they are just about as bad as in WoW. The environment looks good enough, though I have to say that it is not as good as something that is made for 10 years long. The cinematics on the other hand are brilliant, they look breathtaking. Finally, the gameplay. Blizzard took away a lot from the previous parts, things like distributable attribute points or skill points - no more, but to be honest the only thing you lose with that is the chance to screw up your character, so I did not take this as negative. So I gave Diablo 3 a 4 out of 5, because despite it`s shortcomings, it is still a very enjoyable game.
