5I really enjoy playing the 'FM' series and this year's version is no exception. I have one or two issues though. I don't like the background and I haven't been able to change it yet. It's annoying me a bit but not too much. As for the game itself, I am still getting used to some of the new features. The menu icons are in a different place to last years, I don't know why, and the training does not have the same strength in depth as previously. Now you cannot have exact training methods for individual players in the same way as in last season's game. All the usual things are still there though that make the game great. Extra features are included such as new 'Shouts' and updated players etc. If you enjoy all the previous 'FM' games then you will certainly want to get this season's game.

4Football manager 2013 is a fantastic game. It definitely shows the football manager experience and gives you a feel that you are a real football manager.

5A great game, people should be aware what they are getting when they buy Football Manager by now. I have bought every single edition every year and every year they make an improvement. I love the gameplay, it continues to be tweaked to give it more of a realistic feel. It is certainly not for children, those who want a game to take over their lives certainly pick this one! Best so far!

5There is no doubt that Football Manager 2013 is the best footy management game there is. If I'm honest, the last few iterations have been a bit of disappointment to me and I'd seriously doubted that I would ever play an FM title again. I truly don't know what made me buy a copy of FM 2013, but I'm relieved that I gave it a try. This is so much better than any previous version and I already know that I'll be playing it for many hours (certainly more than is healthy). You need to get this game. You'll never forgive yourself if you don't...

My Favourite Yet
5Football Manager 2013 has added masses of new features, and has enhanced the playing style. The new ability to really get involved with the youth system really is great, you can actually now implement a style of play throughout your team, so when a 17 year old wonderkid is called up to the senior squad, he doesn't need to adapt. However, my favourite addition is the classic mode. The hands off mode, you make the signings (or leave them to the director of football, another great addition), the tactics and the team selections. The speed of advancing is amazing, and I can now see myself actually completing a Sir Alex style 1/4 century reign of a club, as I can get through the seasons fast enough. This is a magnificent game and gets 5 stars from me.
