OMG

Being a fan of the battlefield I was truly impressed, and without the slightest doubt that this was the best Battlefield I've played so far, the gameplay is fabulous because the person can play again and again and never get tired. The graphics are very detailed and gorgeous, also the simulation of destruction of buildings and objects is very realistic, the Frostbite engine really does wonders. The Multiplayer is very well prepared and balanced when it comes to weapons and equipment for each class. I must congratulate the DICE by the brilliant work they did, and I'll be waiting for the next Battlefield.

The Ultimate Online Experience

5

A revolution in online warfare, an audiovisual masterpiece. The development team behind the game, named DICE, promised a game that was unique and stunning and boy did they deliver. Battlefield Bad Company, the prequel to the acclaimed Bad Company 2 was set to raise the bar in online shooters showing its potential with the new destructible environments and weapon combat simulation. All of the new features were possible because of the game engine that was used named Frostbite. With all the online experience the Battlefield series managed to gain during the years it stood as the the best online shooter on the PC platform, it was time to go to the next level. Bad Company 2 is the sequel to the earlier mentioned Bad Company and it is a mix of fun, fast paced singleplayer campaign as well as exciting, action-filled, immersive multiplayer. The single player mode takes you in a variety of spectacular places, giving you the opportunity to explore the arctic and frozen lands all the way to the jungles of South America. Even though it's short and the story is linear, the single player campaign will deliver an exciting experience and gamers will be satisfied. The main attraction of the game is undoubtedly the multiplayer. Featuring 4 main game modes, both normal and hardcore, along with downloadable content that offers 4 player co-op and a brand new multiplayer expansion pack named Vietnam, the online experience is as addictive as it is thrilling. Leveling up to the maximum cap will take each player over a hundred hours, thus making them come back for more, over and over. Overall Battlefield Bad Company 2 is a gem, a benchmark for online first person shooters on consoles and it should not be missed by any gamer for this trully is the ultimate thrill in terms of online warfare simulation.

Never played a battlefield game before - and I was a big fan of Call Of Duty Modern Warfare series - still am. Pros - awesome open field multiplayer - you will get shot A LOT in the beginning - top tip - don't hold down the fire button but use 'bursts' of fire to nail your target. - range of interesting vehicles to jump into on multiplayer world. - good range of multiplayer modes. - Nice levelling system. Cons - single player is ok, an average experience with some interesting twists but once you completed it you won't really hurry back. - once you reach maximum multiplayer level no need to come back. - Real connectvity issues that never seemed to get resolved. Will drop out suddenly for all players and dump you into the foyer again. Much like call of duty blacks ops does now. Overall I'd recommend it - its fast, frantic and value for moeny. But once completed you won't really hurry back.

The Battlefield serie is one of the best First person shooter ever made. In the sequel of Bad company you can play the quite nice singleplayer to warm your self up for the Nicest multiplayer experience since the beginning of time. Almost everything can be destroyed. Who doesn't likes that?

multiplayer mode is a blast. Simple. But its soooo much better when played in a squad of people who communicate. Rather than the mad everyone runs around just shooting everyone modern warfare there is a more organized set up with BC2 with specific points you have to capture or blow up. Meaning that everyone generally is reading from the same page. being in a squad also has its benefits meaning that you can spawn on other members of your team meaning you don't have to run across half the map to get back in the fight. There is an upgrade system in the game meaning you can unlock new guns and some perks ,however unlike MW these perks don't really give a player a huge advantage over others meaning you will have to rely more on skill that the NOOB tube ( grenade launcher) or your faster shoes etc etc, makes it more balanced.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2

Prepare yourself for the most awesome and fantastic FPS! The storyline of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 deals with the creation / possession of a super-weapon of mass destruction created by the Russian Federation, as it could not stop to be the B-Company is sent to investigate and resolve the matter, and this, in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is approached as a team of Spec-ops. In the single-player, we are led to visit the most varied places, from the frigid mountains of Russia to the dense forests of the South American continent. The controls don’t have practically any difficulty in adapting to and, if you forget, you can always consult them or look at the screen. In the campaign, we will ride a goal in goal while facing dozens of enemies. Unfortunately, the artificial intelligence of both the enemies as our friends is definitely not the best. Enemies will not deviate from that thrown grenades, nor seek cover. Have our so-called "companions" shoot often ... is only a pity that few of them hit the enemies. However, despite the enemies are in the same places, the same points of a task almost never run the same way. The explosions are the best that can be seen in the genre, with the dust to rise in a realistic way and get us out of sight for a few seconds, as the purpose of destroying itself and the fragments released by her. The light effects are also the best, with the sun reflecting on weapons and shadows to appear as the head position of a soldier with a hat or helmet. The multiplayer mode in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is addictive; there are four mode games ready to be enjoyed by eight different maps, with the option of downloading two more. The modes are: Conquest - A mode that has marked place in the Battlefield series. Each team will have to gain and maintain various flags scattered across the map. Rush - Two teams have to defend or attack the colon. After these items are destroyed, the battle moves to two other points on the map, forcing players to "run" for them. Rush Squad - Is a variant of the "Rush" mode. Here, the maps are small and there are only two teams of four players battling for goals. Squad Deathmatch - This mode is all about kills. Small groups of four teams fight for the title of best squad of the round. The multiplayer mode also offers the possibility to choose the class of our soldier. Assault, engineer, medic and recon these are the roles that we can "incarnate" and each one has different tools. This game has shown us that is also capable of "creating" an FPS that is able to compete with the other games of the same genre (including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2). Although less successful aspects, such as AI, some bugs and animations, the campaign is capable to entertain us for 10 hours. However, multiplayer is the most addictive game, with large maps, vehicles and destruction in real time and makes the team work is essential for victory.

This is the KING of multiplayer shooters. I have got a lot of time for MAG but everyone has bloody stopped playing it, and when push comes to shove, this game is ten times better anyway. I cant get off it, serious!

Battlefield bad company 2 is the new game that aims for first person shooter players, on one hand it will be an alternative game to the classic Call of Duty, on the other hand will be like a sequel of the same. With some of the best graphics available, taking our PS3 to his max capacity, Battlefield bad company 2 stands out also for the variety of war battle fields shown (i refer specially to the trips made on this game on Africa which has stunning grafhics). Extremely competitive online mode, that you can enjoy with with or versus anyone, in which u'll loose many hours just to have the best of fun on the most varied parts of the world. The soundtrack not only fits the game as it will make you loose in the graphics wilderness itself! Gameplay extremely easy for you FPS old schoolers! You can find it here on Zavvi.com on a stunning price.
