Great game, good price
5I loved killzone since killzone 2. KZ3 has a lot of improvements. It is more flexible and various, you can play with ps3 move to have a great experience playing shooting games. The campaign mode is not boring, really funny and not so easy always in beginner mode (compared to KZ2), and it is possiblle to play the story mode in multiplayer. You can also buy a shotgun designed for kz3 to use both move controllers as one: it seems to use a true weapon, obtaining a good war simulator, really amazing to play with friends over the internet, talk with them and organize your team to win your battle! Enjoy! Thanks to zavvi for it's really competitive price.

This is how you make a console shooter
5What Killzone has always meant for me was a different type of action, something that does not scream for mouse and keyboard. It has always been a game with real inertia, where even reloading meant tactical thinking, and graphics ALWAYS blew your mind. This third installment ups the ante by adding the co-op which is, if not exactly flawlessly added to the main story (the 2nd player never shows in cut scenes), still allow you to play with a friend in split screen, and those moments have been among the best I had in gaming. Multiplayer in itself is a notch down from its predecessor - since there is an obvious influence of "lightweight" shooters such as COD - but still good enough. The game itself is a tad short, but reply value is high, and adding co-op and multiplayer it will keep giving.

Perhaps the best FPS of the PlayStation 3
5The war moves into its final acts. The detonation of a nuclear bomb by Helghans decimated many of the troops of ISA and, in turn, humans killed Visari, supreme leader of the opponents. The act, however, only served to strengthen even more the spirit of the Helghast, who are now preparing to invade Earth. Inside, the Helghans also face a serious internal crisis, prompted by the murder of Visari. The political differences, in turn, occurs as to which approach will be responsible for the annihilation of the faster ISA. It is this scenario that troubled Killzone 3 starts and takes players on a journey full of action and adrenaline. Exclusive to the PlayStation 3 and is considered one of the major franchises on the platform, the third chapter in the saga of FPS comes with a mission to be bigger and better than its predecessors. The game has support for stereoscopic 3D effects and Move, and largely achieves all these goals and deliver an experience like few seen in the Sony console. Giant-scale war An epic story would not do anything without all scenarios that accompany this size. In this respect, Guerrilla Games does a brilliant job. In Killzone 3, it appears in very large scale. The personal conflicts between the characters are very deep, the cut scenes are great and the battles against the enemies fill the screen with gunfire and explosions. The game makes a point of showing it when, shortly after a shooting located, the sky is filled with battleships in an intense struggle. Immediately, torpedoes start flying through the air, new soldiers are involved in fighting and explosions happen everywhere in the distance or very close to the player. The protagonist has a fundamental role in the plot, but Killzone 3 also makes clear that he is just one more piece in a great battle. Another detail that deserves to be noticed, and also contributes significantly to the epic nature of the game is the similarity between the visual and aesthetic Helghans Nazi. This extends from the clothes worn by the leaders to the flags of the troops and provisions. Likewise, the ISAs closely resemble the U.S. Marines. This allegory makes more the impression that the war could also happen in our world, and gives the game more realistic air. Here, Rambo has no time Despite being an FPS and invest in frantic battles, Killzone 3 is extremely tactical. Helghans The troops are well trained, who know how to shoot and use hideouts. These innovations have nothing break the monotonous pace of the game, and the fighting range displayed on the screen. The cooperative mode, however, is only available for two players on the same system, using split screen. However, fans of the game has started an online petition demanding the inclusion of online support also for the campaign. Guerrilla Games, meanwhile, has not commented on an update adding this feature. And, as it could not be Killzone 3 also features a powerful online multiplayer, which carries all the action of the campaign to the Internet. The developer tried to innovate with the addition of the War Zone mode, a kind of randomizer types of game that makes it different from the previous round. The categories available, however, are old acquaintances of all shooters. Killzone 3 is without a doubt, one of the best FPS for the PlayStation 3. For some, it is likely to achieve the top ranking in this category. The game contains all the classic features of the best games of the genre, and adds a number of innovations to the formula. The result is impressive.

best 3D action
5I dard to play in in 3D and I couldn't get away from the TV, it got me into action, and there's plenty of it. Very realistic in 3D and very engaging. One of the top games for PS3!

great shooter
5Killzone 3 (Platinum) is a great first person shooter in it's own right. The graphics are awesome and the action is fast paced and highly addictive. Single player is really well laid out and the story is very involving. I highly recommend.

Super thrilling and addictive action game
4Killzone 3 has some amazing graphics and it´s absolutely recommended to play with the move controller. It makes the experience so enjoyable that you can't stop till you reach the end of the game. Overall I like this game a lot, it´s a must have game!

Killzone 3
5The latest Killzone installment follows on directly from Killzone2 (If you haven't played it, go buy it now!) with beautiful video cut scenes that have been a hallmark of the series. Graphically this is one the best looking games on the PS3...though the gameplay is frantic enough that you will have precious little time to admire the surroundings. In the occasional moments between firefights make sure you do stop and smell the napalm because the attention to detail is second to none. I haven't utilised the 'move' aspect to play the game but I have heard mixed reviews on well it integrates. Don't let that detract you from getting this game - The story, the environments, the weapons, the massive action set pieces all add up to one of the best FPS around. There's a good on line multiplayer contingent of Killzone faithful that will keep you entertained long after you've completed the single player campaign. This really is a must have for any fan of the genre and at this price there simply no excuse for not adding it your game collection. Join the fight against the Helghast, you won't regret it!

Killzone 3
4Great game at a great price. First impressions, not as good as Killzone 2 but those were big shoes to fill. Movement controls feel smoother and the multi player has been drastically simplified. The whole game feels as though its been made more accessible to compete will similar popular FPS on the market, which may or may not appeal to you having played its predecessor. Having said that, visually its stunning with set piece battles and environments that will stick in your mind for time to come. At £14.95 well worth a shot.
