5Max Payne 3 is well worth the buy. I always was a fan of Max Payne and was worried this might disappoint, and it's quite the opposite. The graphics are insane, gameplay is flawless, bullet time never loses its touch, and then to top it off, the online play is great! The only one little complaint I have, is that I find it takes a long time to get into a game, but that just could be my internet. Once I'm in a game eventually, there's no problems. Cheers to Zavvi for the quick postage!

5Brilliant! Max Payne 3 is everything you expect and more. Fantastic gameplay and story. Love the slow-mo bullet shoot outs. The game is fab and Zavvi were cheapest. Enough said!

Good Gameplay, Surprisingly Fun Multiplayer!
4Max Payne 3 itself has very good gameplay which does not disappoint the long time fans of the franchise. The story takes place in Rio, Brazil which is a very brave choice after the first two games taking place in New York. Graphics are nice, only some side characters poorly designed. Multiplayer is a lot of fun offering various competitive modes such as Gang Wars which keep you going for different goals in the same session. Only downturn for me is that there are too many cut scenes which take the control of the game from you. You are not allowed to wonder in the maps which is different than other open world approached Rockstar games like Red Dead Redemption and LA Noire. Not being able to go back and find a collectible because of a sudden cutscene takes you somewhere completely can be a bit bothering for gamers such as me who likes to discover everything in a game. Other than that it is a brilliant game and a must buy!

5Rockstar games never fail at what they do. Their games are outstanding, and no other gaming company can compete with them. They're just on another level, and Max Payne is just an oustanding game, not just Max Payne 3, the other 2 are fantastic games aswell. The detail in the characters and the environments are brilliant. The gun fights are incredible, whilst bullet time and diving while shooting is insane. The A.I used in Max Payne 3 is immense, the story is beautiful (that's if you follow the games like me, and not skip the cutscenes). If you have not played the Max Payne games, I suggest you buy the 1st and 2nd ones, follow the story and move onto number 3. All-in-all, Max Payne 3 is a must-have game this year.

5I have played the first 2 max payne games and they have since become some of my favourite games ever. If you, like me, have played the first 2 and liked them but are wondering if this one still contains the noir feel and dark humour of the original, you won't be dissappointed. Max Payne 3 stays true to form, throwing Max into insane situations and ever widening pits of dispair. The gameplay still feels extremely satisfying and Rockstar's character animation is superb. Another plus is the new edition of multiplayer which is very entertaining especially if you are bored of Call of Duty. Even if you are new to the series, this is a good place to start and is an extremely good game which is refreshing in a world full of standard Military Man-Shooter 8046 gameplay.

Complete Awesomness
5Max Payne 3 is a masterpiece! Everything from the cinematography to the music to the game play, it does not disappoint. You don't even need to play the previous games to know the story. This game is just another reason why Rockstar Games are my favourite video game developers.

Epic!
5Max Payne 3 isn't a love at first play game but once you get the hang of the gameplay and bullet time it becomes a lot of fun, the multyplayer is really good fun but the single player is the real star. This is the must have game of 2012.

MaX Payne 3
5I bought Max Payne 3 off Zavvi and was delivered on release day which I was extremely satisfied with. I also got a Max Payne bullet pen which is a great little gadget. Also included in the pack was City of God on Blu-ray, it is a very good movie and the game it self is amazing, really good story line, characters and plot. The only bad point I think was the ending but I suppose they have left it open for Max Payne 4.
