I love the MGS series, and loved this game (or games!). So glad I bought them even though I own two of the already. The HD remaster is perfect, always running at 60FPS. So awesome to see them in HD!

MGS Fan MUST BUY!

Great value for money! Included are the obvious 3 as advertised, and as the version of MGS3 is Subsistence, you also get the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. So it is in fact 5 games in this collection! So, you know what you are getting into with this pack. The classics from the PS2 era, MGS2 and 3. With an awesome lick of HD paint and full trophy support to boot. The pack also includes the much missed Peace Walker. A PSP title overlooked by many but incredibly addictive and awesome game. Shows how Big Boss got Outer Heaven going. So a vitally important piece of the MGS storyline. Even more so with Ground Zeroes to be released next year as a direct sequel. This pack represents absolute value for money (especially on this site!) and the PS3 version is the must have edition too! MGS started on Playstation as belongs there!

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection features so many amazing games and content. The content that's added to one disc is amazing and co-op for Peace Walker works so much easier than the PSP version. I'd recommend this to any Metal Gear fan, even it you already own them as they have never looked this good.

Video games in a season that has seen over the last few months the revival of the great sagas of gaming past (some are already announced for the future) in special remastered special editions in high definition, could not miss a collection dedicated to a masterpiece like Metal Gear Solid. So the brilliant Hideo Kojima has invented a new genre that brought him to stand out from the crowd, the big adventure in modern colors narrative with elements of stealth adapted at the hands of Bluepoint Games for consoles today. Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is composed of three titles, all in one package: we have Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, which was exclusive chapter for the PSP, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater present here in their special versions. In productions such as this collection is inevitably that the aesthetic is one that undergoes the first major work of retouching. From this point of view all the titles were brought to 720p and have a permanently anchored frame rate to 60fps. From this it follows, therefore, a visual rendering all in all well-made depending on the game, with high definition, which perhaps is especially noticeable in some areas of Metal Gear Solid 3, especially in the open air, rather than, for example, Peace in Walker. The predominant setting of the game is in fact represented by the forest and the attention to detail placed in it from the graphs to represent each element was something splendid in the Time of Monolith Sony: falling leaves, butterflies flying, and the undergrowth moving the grass blown by the wind. A spectacle. Of course, in each of the three titles you should not expect miracles: after all the textures are the same editions of the PlayStation 2 or PlayStation Portable, and in a couple of breakers remain even some of the defects found on these consoles, such as occasional bad clipping. We are also adding support for achievements and trophies, a feature that will please many, representing also a good excuse to relive the authentic pieces of history. The PlayStation 3 version even has a feature called "Transferring", which allows those who already own the original copy of Peace Walker PlayStation Portable to import their rescue on the home console to resume the adventure or the test ' influence of dual analogue stick. In the future this should be possible for Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid Metal Gear Solid 3 when HD arrives on PlayStation Life Collection. Otherwise, business as usual, with great narrative segments that boast of exciting textures (played by its title is the most intriguing and one that is less obviously) with a disproportionately large number of dialogues, which fortunately is most enjoyable, thanks with Italian subtitles (entries remain unfortunately, or fortunately, in English). Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is a collection of very dense, the kind of quality and culture of video games should not be missing in the private collection of every gamer. Anyone who has never in fact had the opportunity to enjoy his life in one or more of the three headings contained in this compilation should be a favor and run to buy it. Despite all the limitations of the case, especially in terms of aesthetics and controls, this trilogy deserves the same to be (re) discovery of because they can still fascinate, engage and capture the player as a few other products have never been or are'now able to do. Pro The MGS is an experience that you cannot try at least once in a lifetime video game Titles always nice to play Peace Walker gains in gameplay thanks to the double analogue Against Primarily aesthetic improvements In some circumstances you feel the weight of years

One of the greatest game franchises in history redone in beautiful HD - meaning the game looks as good as you remember it. Metal Gear still sets the bar for stealth-gaming and replaying these classics makes you appreciate just how well made these games were in the first place. No single aspect of the game stands out, but the sheer amount of detail, nods to pop-culture references, as well as real world historical events make this probably the best value game-disc on the market. 3 games for the price of one, and any one of them is 3 times better than your average title. Why don't you own this already?

Masterpiece!

If you liked snake's games when they first came out several years ago you will find this collection amazing! The conversion to HD resolution gives new life to the episodes and makes them enjoyable with the high resolution tvs; even if the graphic is not as rich as the next gen videogames, the impact and the definition are brilliant and still astonishing! If you already played the entire series this will be worth the price, but if you lost any of these when they first came out, it is absolutely to buy!
