Unexpected Surprise
5I bought Darksiders 2 (Wii U) without knowing a lot about it. I started playing it and now I can't stop! There's lots of quests, lots of loots and lots of fun! If you do all the secondary missions you can easily have 30+ hours of game play! It's greatly recommended!

Splendid game, even more on Wii U!
5Darksiders has always been a niche title, with a strange composition of adventure, RPG, action and platform game play. Darksiders 2 (Wii U) is even more strange! More RPG, but with a faster character that climbs better than Prince of Persia! There's a lot of secondary missions and dialog with characters. It's fantastic and the Wii U game play makes it much faster and smoother.

4Nice use of the wii u pad for the weapons selections and maps, it saves toggling main screens. Graphics are nice, gameplay is fun, so its one of the better titles available so far on the Wii U. It would have been neat however if it supported the usage of the Wii U pad as a screen for the gameplay, however it doesn't seem to support that.

Darksiders 2 (Wii U)
5Darksiders 2 (Wii U) is a wonderful action/adventure title. Its game play structure reminds me at many points of a Zelda game. It utilises very well the WiiU capabilities for game pad use only, so you can play it while watching TV. If you choose to play on TV (as a normal gamer would), information, maps, weapon select etc. are all controlled with a smart interface of the game pad. The only disadvantage is that the graphics are identical with the PS3/XBOX360 versions, meaning that I believe that they could push the hardware somewhat more. After all we are talking about a system with a lot of Ram and a better graphic card than PS3! Of course this is not a terrible thing whatsoever, because it is a beautiful title and a joy to your eyes. Also for those who haven't played the first one, they will not get puzzled because the plot of the main story is explained analytically from the beginning, leaving no black holes for you to figure out about the previous game.

5Darksiders 2 (Wii U) is great. It combines RPG elements with a sense of progression, puzzles which are Zelda - style and a satisfying combat system.
