5The Wii U Console is as good as you've heard elsewhere. The Nintendoland game proves this. I'm waiting for Wii Fit U especially. Be aware that while an upgrade function from Wii exists, not all content can be transferred e.g while you gain with Wii U channels for Netflix & You Tube, you lose (for the moment) BBC iplayer. Miiverse is miles better than the Nintendo channel, and TVii is also coming. It's great that if the console is downstairs, the gamepad still works upstairs if you don't need the TV to play.

fantastic again from nintendo
5Wii U is a great console the Wii in HD with loads of great games to come like Mario and Mario kart and many others. If you liked the Wii you will love this get one.

Interesting hardware
5Wii U Console is a great piece of hardware, hopefully game developers can unleash the potential. Portable screen that can be used for games and tv around the house, even if someone else is using the TV the Wii U is hooked up to. With Pikmin 3, Monster hunter ultimate and fire emblem coming this year the future looks good too.

new wii u
5I was very suprised by the wii u having owned the wii previously and to be honest not playing it much. The wii u is much more fun the asymmetric gameplay with included nintendoland is great fun with the kids. This is where the wii u is exceptional playing as a group with local multiplayer which is something microsoft and sony have moved away from in favour of online multiplayer. Speaking of online mii verse is brilliant the whole tone is much more friendly than other online services and some of the artwork drawn using the pad is unbelievable. In short really happy with my purchase a looking forward to seeing what nintendo and other developers have in store for this console.

Near perfect machine
4Like many people, I had my reservations when it came to getting a WiiU or not due to the currently less than ample selection of games, but given the latest offer from Zavvi I decided to take the plunge and get one. And I am so very glad I did! Though I only have two games so far, I am fully sold on the gamepad being a great new addition to gaming with huge possibilities of what it can be used for. With games aside the system itself is absolutely amazing, from the way you can completely control all functions of your TV, to the surprisingly quick and easy to use internet browser. Not to mention all the hiden extras they don't tell you about like the ability to stream videos straight from a PC. In short, the gamepad has almost rendered my laptop completely useless. The only downsides I see are: 1. Current selection of games is a bit thin. 2. Some applications take a bit of time to load. Although there is an upcoming update that will apparently address this issue.

5I purchased the Wii U Console: 32GB Nintendo Land Premium Pack due to hearing about ZombiU and the new Zelda, and I don't regret it. The controls are great fun, and even my sister who isn't a gamer loves it. We always have multi-plays on Nintendo land.
