3A pre Captain America Joe Johnston film and set not far of the Captain's era, I would recommend this film for its nice Zavvi Exclusive steelbook package as well as the nostalgia of being able to see The Rocketeer back in circulation. As for the film it is about a lost package that falls into the hands of pilot Cliff Secord and becomes a battle between Nazi agents and the Americans as they try to get there hands on the rocket pack to use for there own ends but not before Cliff gets to use it as the Rocketeer. I would recommend it for the film but would have liked to see a bit more on the extras side.

Fantastic Retro steelbook
5The first time I watched this, was in 1991 with my father. When I heard Zavvi was going to release it on steelbook I was very excited. To watch it again with my father, after so many years watching it on blu-ray was priceless. The artwork of these steelbook is amazing. I think its one of the best artworks I have in my steelbook collection. I love the Retro style and it matches very well because the movie is based in the late 40s. The movie is great, fun for the family and the picture quality and sound is very good. I hope Zavvi will release such classic movies like Labyrinth, and other 80s classic with fantastic steelbook artwork. Great job Zavvi and keep up the good work.

Fantastic
5Really great movie from a few years back. Brilliant cast lead by Billy Campbell and Timothy Dalton and the beautiful Jennifer Connelly. This movie is just fun with a capital F. The steelbook is really a thing of beauty with its 1930's design. A great buy and a truly enjoyable romp.

5The Rocketeer - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook is one of my favourite films of all time. I have been waiting for it to come out on Blu-ray and it has now, and in a really stylish steelbook. The film is great and the cover is brilliant. You can see why this was one of Zavvi's best selling titles and why it sold out so quickly compared to other steelbooks!

Amazing Film & Steelbook
5Getting The Rocketeer - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook in yet another stunning steelbook that has become so identifiable with Zavvi and then watching it was like taking me back to my childhood. I enjoyed the film so much I ended up buying the soundtrack too! Bring back the adventure of 1930's comic book action to your living room - suitable for the young and the old - and take off with the Rocketeer.

Underrated Classic
5Fans if Indiana Jones will love The Rocketeer - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook. I remember watching it with my grandparents as a kid and got swept away in the adventure. It's just a shame that it didn't do too well at the box office as I would have liked to have seen further adventures. I have been after this film for years as it never seems to be available in the UK. This is such an underrated film and should get more love than it does. Check it out.
