Welcome to the Cafe Rene, in the French village of Nouvion, where you can get fine wines, paintings by Van Clomp (not all originals) and a selection of German and British officers. The owner, Rene Artois, who may have his mind on other things - like his waitresses, Yette and Maria - will look after you. Just don't tell his wife!

Allo Allo is my favourite BBC comedy... No.. It IS my favourite comedy. I now have all episodes of this classic and watching them all from the beginning. What spoils it for me is the service from Zavvi.com. After a couple of weeks waiting with no sign of delivery I contacted Zavvi to find out what had happened to my order. It was still marked as being processed. The response I got was ok but could have been better. All I was told was that there was a problem at the warehouse. No indication of what the problem was or how much longer I was expected to wait. It must have taken about a month for the DVDs to be delivered from the date ordered. I did rate this 5 stars though because I was not going to let an error from Zavvi spoil a rating for a top comedy series.

'Allo 'Allo (Triple Box) is an excellent DVD. The show is still funny after all these years.
